  • Any optional services, custom modifications, expedited delivery, remote-location surcharges, permits, cranes, forklifts, or special handling charges will be disclosed before payment is collected.

  • We do not add undisclosed administrative or processing fees after checkout.

4. Product Information and Condition

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe all products, including size, grade, condition, and features.

Because many products are used equipment, cosmetic wear such as dents, scratches, rust, paint fading, patches, repairs, or flooring wear may be present and do not necessarily affect structural integrity.

Container grades may include:

  • One-Trip (New)

  • Multi-Trip

  • Cargo Worthy (CW)

  • Wind and Water Tight (WWT)

  • Refrigerated (Reefer)

  • Modified or custom units

Submitting an order or quote request does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is accepted only when:

  • Payment has been received and verified, and

  • We confirm the order by email or other written communication.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Inventory unavailability

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment verification issues

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Other legitimate business reasons

6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit cards, and bank wire transfer.

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Full Payment

Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits for Custom Orders

Modified, custom-built, or special-order products may require a deposit before work begins.

  • Deposits become non-refundable once fabrication, modification, or special-order procurement has started.

  • If a custom order is canceled before work begins, the deposit may be refunded minus any documented design, engineering, or administrative costs.

Payment Verification

We may request additional verification for high-value transactions, including identity verification, billing verification, or bank confirmation.

Standard Delivery Fee: $400 USD

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

Processing Time: Typically 1–2 business days

Delivery Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing:

  • A safe and accessible delivery location

  • A reasonably level and stable surface

  • Adequate clearance for the delivery vehicle

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of inaccessible property, unsafe conditions, incorrect information, or the absence of an authorized recipient, additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply.

Every container undergoes an inspection before shipment. We verify:

  • Structural condition

  • Roof integrity

  • Door operation

  • Floor condition

  • Wind and water resistance (where applicable)

  • General product condition

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

You must inspect the product upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs, delivery documentation, and a description of the issue before approving a repair, replacement, or refund.

Custom and Modified Products

  • Custom orders may be canceled before fabrication begins.

  • Once fabrication, modification, or special procurement has started, the order becomes non-cancelable and deposits become non-refundable.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy.

New Containers

New (One-Trip) containers may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain in substantially the same condition as delivered.

Used Containers

As-Is Products

As-Is, clearance, liquidation, and final-sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law.

Buyer Remorse

Returns based solely on a change of mind may be accepted for eligible products, but the customer is responsible for return transportation costs and any applicable restocking fee.

12. Return Freight and Delivery Fees

  • Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

  • If the return is due to our error or verified shipping damage, we will arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable return freight costs.

  • For customer-initiated returns, the customer is responsible for all return transportation, loading, and handling costs.

13. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Bank or card processing times may vary.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Before Filing a Chargeback

Please contact our customer support team first and provide:

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or supporting documents if applicable

Invalid Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid, delivered, and contractually authorized transaction without first attempting to resolve the issue may constitute a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery confirmations, inspection records, communications, and other evidence to the payment processor or financial institution.

Collections and Recovery

If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, or if a payment is later determined to be unauthorized due to customer error or misuse, we may seek recovery of the unpaid amount, reasonable administrative costs, and any fees imposed by the payment processor, where permitted by law.

15. Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed exclusively by our published Warranty Policy.

Except as expressly stated in that policy, products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Ownership and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance at the delivery location.

Customers are responsible for securing and maintaining the product after delivery.
