Delivery Requirements

Failed Delivery

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

New Containers
New (One-Trip) containers may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain in substantially the same condition as delivered.
Used Containers
Used containers may be returned only if approved in writing and returned in substantially the same condition as delivered.
As-Is Products
As-Is, clearance, liquidation, and final-sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law.
Buyer Remorse
Returns based solely on a change of mind may be accepted for eligible products, but the customer is responsible for return transportation costs and any applicable restocking fee.
12. Return Freight and Delivery Fees

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

If the return is due to our error or verified shipping damage, we will arrange pickup or reimburse reasonable return freight costs.
